Both wiring and servicing your Quantum Mini Light Bars is really straightforward. Let's talk about how that's done. Every mini light bar is shipped standard with a 15-ft harness and a cigarette plug, giving you 4 programmable modes on that cigarette plug panel. If you wish to hardwire your Mini Light Bar into a switch panel, you simply cut the cigarette plug off the harness to set up the color configuration of your light bar or unlock different levels. You'll first power the bar and then plug in your USB module into the computer. Once the Quantum Mini Light Bar is connected to the computer, the software program automatically displays the unlock level. I then go to my config quantum tab and select any input I wish to program the function that I'm looking for. In this case, full flood, the color selection that I want, and I program my device. I can then toggle live mode to see it in action. After I'm done programming the necessary modes on my mini light bar, I then remove the USB module and tuck the programming wire into the bar. After you've disconnected the USB module from the harness, you can then loop the remaining harness into the bar, leaving some additional room in the event you need to reprogram the bar in the future. To do this, remove the wire fastener, Loop the wires together, and then reconnect the fastener. In the event you need to service the module on the Mini Light Bar. It's really straightforward. Lemme show you how that's done. Begin by removing the magnets, then remove the 6 mounting screws located at the bottom of the bar. Once that's done, remove the base from the lens, unscrew the module, and disconnect it from the cable harness. Once you have your replacement module first, reconnect your harness, resecure the module, reconnect your lens, and then your screws. You want to ensure you use a low torque setting, reconnect your magnets. And that concludes how to both service and wire your Mini Light Bars.
