FENIEX 5X10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Feniex processes and ships all standard orders within (5) business days and all case orders within (10) business days with the following terms and exceptions:

  1. Applies only to orders placed directly with Feniex Industries.
  2. Effective date is (1) business day after order acknowledgement.
  3. Incomplete orders or orders with incomplete or inaccurate information affecting order entry are not considered submitted until all accurate and complete information is provided. Effective date will be (1) business day after the date complete or correct information is provided.
  4. Excludes custom orders or orders totaling $50,000 or more.
  5. Applies only to orders placed by accounts in good standing. Not applicable to orders placed by accounts with credit holds. Credit holds will push the effective date to (1) business day after a credit hold is removed.
  6. Effective date is subject to change if changes to a submitted order are requested; all accepted change requests will push back the effective date to (1) business day after the accepted change request.
  7. Orders placed separately cannot be combined to single or reduced shipments.
  8. Customer-arranged shipping may be requested; if approved, customer is responsible for arranging pickup on or after the confirmed ship date. Customer must submit accurate and complete shipping account information. Customer shipping account must be in good standing with shipping provider. Incomplete or incorrect information will push effective date to (1) business day after the date complete or correct information is provided.
  9. Expediting requests will not be honored.
  10. Excludes orders with products undergoing engineering updates or affected by machine maintenance; in these instances, notification on extended lead times will be provided.
  11. Confirmation of ship date will be provided separately for each complete, submitted order.
